To empower the Slavic community in the democratic process by registering, educating and activating, to resemble the culture and faith of the community.

 
 

Who is the Slavic Community?

We help register, educate, and activate the Slavic Community to vote and provide voting resources to all communities including Russian, Ukrainian, Romanian, Polish, Bosnian, Czechs, Slovaks, Bulgarians, Serbs, Croats, and many more in Oregon and Washington State.

 

The Three Pillars of Slavic Vote’s Mission

Register

To increase Slavic community registered voters in Washington, Oregon and California. Ability to engage the community to increase awareness and opportunity for the community members which include; building relationship with leaders of the community (Pastors, business owners, activists etc.), hosting voter registration drives and creating access to voter registrations in English and Russian. 

Educate

To provide educational support during elections for the community members. During this phase, Slavic Vote will conduct candidate research to be able to provide the community accurate and clear information on the candidates running in different elections. 

Activate

To activate and support the Slavic community to run for public offices. As community leaders are identified that possess interest and/or experience to run for public office, Slavic Vote will guide these leaders in understanding available position(s), availability of resources and next steps to take.
